Create a jellyfish shape by cutting a piece of cardboard into the shape of a jellyfish’s body. Cut holes along the bottom and attach pipe cleaners as tentacles. Provide your child with beads to string onto the pipe cleaners. If they can count up to ten, add numbers to the body of the jellyfish to indicate how many beads they should add to each tentacle. This activity enhances fine motor skills and counting while adding a creative element!

Boat Pose & Bicycle
Guide your child into boat pose by having them balance on their seat with their legs lifted off the ground. Their hands can be placed on the ground behind them or beside their legs for support. Encourage them to move slowly and relax, as if floating in water.
Boat Pose Bicycle
While in boat pose, have your child bring their elbow to their opposite knee on both sides, mimicking a bicycle motion. This helps build core strength and coordination.
