Use meal times to engage your child with thought-provoking questions:
"If you could eat one food for a week, what would it be?"
"If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?"
"If you had one superpower, what would it be?"
Highs and Lows
Take turns sharing a high (something positive or something they are proud of) and a low (something challenging or something they wish had gone differently) from the day. This activity fosters communication and reflection, helping your child process their experiences and emotions.

Reverse Table Pose & Play
Reverse Table Pose
Have your child sit on their seat and lean back, placing their hands on the ground behind them (fingertips facing their seat) and their feet flat on the floor. Guide them to press into their hands and feet, lifting their belly button up toward the sky to form a table shape with their body.
Playful Reverse Table
While holding the reverse table pose, invite a friend or family member to set play food or other items on their belly to create a “table.” Alternatively, they can come into table pose (hands and knees on the ground) and have a partner set a table on their back. This fun variation adds an element of play and helps them practice balancing while engaging in imaginative play.
