Freeze Dance
Play some fun, upbeat music and let your child dance around. When the music stops, someone can pull a card from the Strong Learner deck or take turns picking a card. Have them name the letter and the pose shown on the card, then hold that pose for 3 breaths. This activity combines movement with letter recognition, making learning engaging and interactive.

Have your child stand tall with feet together. Guide them to lift one leg and place the foot on their lower leg or upper leg, but not on the knee. Encourage them to hold this position for 3 breaths, then switch to the other foot. If they feel wobbly, they can touch their toe down to reset and lift up again. Remind them that balancing is a practice, and it's okay to adjust as needed.
