Warrior pose is said to bring mental strength and focus. Place 5-10 different objects (e.g., toy cars, crayons, small blocks) on a table or tray (a large baking sheet works well). Have your child close their eyes while you remove one object. Afterward, ask them to figure out which object is missing. This game enhances memory skills and attention to detail.

Warrior 2 Pose & Warrior Feet
Warrior 2 Pose
Have your child imagine they are surfing! Instruct them to turn their body to the side, point the front toe forward, and bend that knee, making sure it stays behind their toe and don’t pass it. The back leg should be extended straight, with hips facing to the side. Extend arms out from the shoulders in both directions, forming a “T,” and have them look out over their front hand.
Warrior Feet
Tape down some bubble wrap on the floor. Have your child use their strong warrior feet to walk on the bubble wrap, aiming to pop the air bubbles with each step. This fun activity helps increase focus and quiet the mind as they concentrate on each step.
